Our 15th Annual Flagship Festival Covid Policies

We are thrilled to welcome back our guests for 5Point Adventure Film’s 15th Annual Flagship Festival.

The health and wellness of our staff, volunteers, and festival attendees is a priority to 5Point Film.  We will adhere to all county and state safety regulations and guidelines for COVID-19. All festival attendees must show proof of vaccination before attending any indoor festival events or a negative PCR Covid test taken within 48 hours. Before picking up your festival pass, visit our COVID tent to show proof of vaccination or negative test, where you will receive a wristband. Your wristband must be always worn throughout the festival.

Masks are optional at all indoor venues.

The health and wellness of our entire community are of utmost importance, and we will adhere to all county and state safety regulations and guidelines for COVID-19. 5Point Film’s COVID-19 policies and requirements, as outlined below, may change due to updates relating to infection rates, transmission data, variant development, and local and federal regulations. 5POINT FILM COVID-19 POLICIES 

All participants (6 years and older) at 5Point Film indoor events (attendees, volunteers, staff, and guests) are required to be fully vaccinated* against COVID-19 or provide proof of a negative test within 48 hours.  A testing facility will be on site. You can register at rfvcovidtest.com for a FREE test. 

Masks are optional at all indoor events for any attendees 2 years and older. 

You will not be permitted to attend any 5Point Film events if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, feeling sick, have a fever, or have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 5 days prior to the event. 

Anyone who does not follow these safety rules will be asked to leave.

COVID-19 SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. By attending 5Point Film events, you expressly agree to comply with all rules and safety guidelines put in place by the event organizers and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, waiving all claims and potential claims against the event organizers, and their affiliated companies relating to such risks.

FAQ

What does it mean to be “fully vaccinated”?
Fully vaccinated means that you have received the final dose of an approved FDA or WHO recognized vaccine against COVID-19 at least 14 days before the start of the event and are up to date on your Covid vaccinations. (6 months from your last 2 dose vaccine or from your booster).

*If you have an exemption, we will accept a negative PCR COVID-19 test from a lab within 48 hours of the event start time. We will not accept home or antigen tests.

How do I show proof of vaccination when I arrive?
Please bring a physical copy of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or a digital copy on your phone. Proof of vaccination needs to be accompanied by a photo ID. 

Colorado residents can use the MyColorado app as an easy way to provide state ID and proof of vaccination.

What if I forget my proof of vaccination?
If you do not bring proof of vaccination*, you will not be allowed to attend the event and your ticket will not be refunded. No exceptions. 

How does the mask policy work?
Masks are optional in all indoor public settings.
